Below are some of our most frequently asked questions about
our facility. If you have any further questions,

|
Parking:
|
No
parking provided by rooftop, however, there are various
paying parking lots in the general vicinity.
|
|
|
|
Seating/Covered Areas:
|
We have premium stadium seats, bleachers, risers, cafe
tables, an exterior covered level and our interior club
room.
|
|
|
|
Arrival/Departure Time:
|
The rooftop opens 1 hour
prior to game time and closes 1/2 hour after the game.
Our entrance is located at the south side of our
building and is accessible from Sheffield Ave and the
back alley.

|
|
|
Rain:
|
While there are no refunds, if there is a
complete rain-out (no game/roof does not open) you are
entitled to a full credit which can be applied to any future
game based on availability. However, if the rain-out is
after you have assembled on the rooftop, there is no refund
or credit but you will then be entitled to catering for a
full 3 hours from the originally scheduled game time. |

Payment
Procedures:
|
Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept
payment through our website or by Check and Money
Order. (any non-credit card payments must be
approved by management. |
|
|
Credit Cards:
|
Credit cards are accepted through our website. |
|
|
|
Checks:
(Types of Checks accepted: company, personal, cashiers, and
money orders)
|

Last
Minute
Guests:
|
After
management approval, full payment is expected at the time of
arrival of said individual(s).

|
|
Banners:
|
In
compliance with city ordinances, we are not allowed to hang
oversized banners from the rooftop.
|
|
|
|
Catering:
|
Catering will begin at the time our doors open and continue
for 3 hours or 9 innings whichever comes first |

|
|
|
Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellation, Rainout, Rain Delay, Injunction and Refund
Policy. A reservation for an
event is non-cancelable and all fees are nonrefundable.
In the event the game is
cancelled for any reason prior to the scheduled start
and prior to catering being
provided a full credit will be issued which can be used
for any future game based on
availability. In the event the "game" is cancelled for
any reason prior to scheduled start
and Client’s guests have assembled on the roof and wish
to stay after the scheduled
game time no refund or credit will be issued and full
catering services (3 hours) will be
provided that day. Once said group participates in any
food or beverage service no
refund or credit shall be issued. Once the game begins,
there will be no refund, or credit
issued regardless of rain delays postponements, or
cancellations. |
