Below are some of our most frequently asked questions about
our facility. If you have any further questions,

|
Parking:
|
No
parking provided by rooftop, however, there are various
paying parking lots in the general vicinity.
|
|
|
Seating/Covered Areas:
|
We
have bleachers, picnic tables w/ umbrellas & a covered
area towards the back.
|
|
|
Arrival/Departure Time:
|
The rooftop opens and closes 1 hour before and after
each game time.
Rooftop is accessible from the rear of the building. PLEASE
DO NOT RING DOOR BELLS.

|
Rain:
|
Just like being in the ball park when dealing with rain
delays; we wait it out with you. If there is a Rain-out (no
game/roof does not open) you are entitled to a full refund.
However, if the rain-out is after you have assembled on the
rooftop, there is no refund. You will then be entitled to
catering for a full 3 hours from the originally scheduled
game time.

Payment
Procedures:
|
Half
payment is required immediately after booking and the
remaining balance is required 30 days prior to rooftop
event.
|
|
|
Credit Cards:
|
Sorry,
credit cards are
not accepted
|
|
|
Checks:
(Types of Checks accepted: company, personal, cashiers, and
money orders)
|
Checks should be made payable to : 3639 LLC

Last
Minute
Guests:
|
After
management approval, full payment is expected at the time of
arrival of said individual(s).
|
|
|
Banners:
|
In
compliance with city ordinances, we are not allowed to hang
oversized banners from the rooftop.
|
|
|
Catering:
|
Catering
is provided for 9 innings or 3 hours, whichever come
first.
"Beer and wine are not served after the seventh
inning"
